Your Role as Social Media Manager
As our Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of our online presence, responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies that elevate our brand and engage our audience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing and business objectives.
- Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Create engaging, informative, and shareable content that resonates with our target audiences.
- Oversee the creation of visual and multimedia content in collaboration with our design team.
- Implement and optimize social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to remain competitive.
- Engage with our online community, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
- Conduct social media audits and competitive analyses to inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and adapt strategies as necessary.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a passionate individual with not only the skills but also the curiosity and innovative mindset needed to thrive in our dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen understanding of brand voice.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail, and a knack for storytelling through visual content.
- Experience in SEO and SEM is a plus.
